Rolla 49 Mexico 27 in Mexico on Homecoming and Senior Night
Mexico (3-4) responded after falling behind 21-0 to Class 5 Rolla (4-3), but Mexico lost its third straight while the Rolla Bulldogs have won four in a row. D'Naz Smith and Marshall Ball ran for touchdowns to cut Mexico's deficit to 21-14, and Smith scored again to make it 28-21 Rolla early in the third quarter, but Rolla was too difficult to stop for Mexico.
Smith ran for 165 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries and had two carries for 40+ yards and three carries of 20+ yards. Marshall Ball finished with 73 yards on seven carries and had a 46-yard touchdown.
Mexico plays at Bowling Green (5-2) at 7 p.m. Friday.
Wright City 48 Van-Far 18 in Wright City
Van-Far (1-6) didn't score its first points until a touchdown to begin the third quarter to make it 28-6 Wright City (3-4), but the Indians lost their second straight meeting with Wright City, who has won three in a row.
Van-Far plays at North Callaway (5-2) at 7 p.m. Friday.
North Callaway 63 Mark Twain 12 in Center
North Callaway (5-2, 4-0 EMO) has scored at least 50 points in five straight weeks and it defeated Mark Twain (1-6, 0-4 EMO) five consecutive times.
The Thunderbirds finished with 465 yards on offense, including 372 rushing yards. Coltyn O’Neal threw four touchdown passes and 89 yards to three different receivers on 7-for-10 passing, and 11 kids got at least one carry, including senior offensive lineman Gunnar Wenneker on a five-yard touchdown. Brandon Biggers led the team with 63 yards and one touchdown on three carries.
North Callaway hosts Van-Far (1-6) at 7 p.m. Friday.
Class 2 No. 1 Centralia 62 Clark County 20 in Kahoka
Centralia (7-0, 4-0 CCC) has its best start to a season since 2023 as it picked up its 15th straight win over Clarence Cannon Conference foe Clark County (1-6, 0-4 CCC). The Panthers fell two points of its season scoring high of 64 points.
The Panthers ran for 504 yards and were led by Oliver Bohlmeyer's 265 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries. Cooper Gehring ran for 108 yards and one touchdown on seven carries, Charlie Robinson ran for 39 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries, and Cody Prater had 31 yards and one touchdown on seven carries. Robinson and Peyton Kempker led on defense with five tackles each.
Centralia plays at Palmyra (5-2, 3-1 CCC) at 7 p.m. Friday.
Cole Camp 48 Missouri Military Academy 14 in Cole Camp
Missouri Military Academy (0-4) is still winless but scored a season-high against Cole Camp (4-3), who has won four straight.
MMA plays at Doniphan (1-6) at 7 p.m. Friday.
8-Man Football: Paris 50 Keytesville 14 in Paris on Homecoming
Paris (4-2) led 16-0 at halftime against Keytesville with Northwestern (Mendon), Brunswick (1-6) to bring its two-game losing streak to an end and extend its winning streak over Keytesville to three games.
The Coyotes finished with 389 yards on offense. Sawyer Clements ran for 95 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries, Spencer Minks threw for 143 yards and two touchdowns on 9-for-15 passing while running for 57 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries, and Logan Mitchell went for 106 yards and two touchdowns on five catches.
Paris hosts district foe Schuyler County (3-4) at 7 p.m. Friday.
