The inaugural Mexico High School JAG installation ceremony was held on Wednesday at Emmons Hall. This ceremony is an annual event for JAG participants, their families and the community. Each year JAG has their elected officers take their oaths of office and inducts Career Association members as part of the JAG program.
Specialists Oliver Brilhante and Sarah Keithley will continue to host this event each year for the growing JAG program in Mexico.
For the 2021-22 ceremony there were several school and community guests that JAG invited to speak to the students, who attended, including superintendent Melissa Chastain, board of education member Marci Orr and community leader Dr. Ayanna Shivers.
