ARRESTS:
Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 24-year-old Cember A. Glynnell on Saturday for eight Audrain County warrants.
CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, October 14th:
A suspicious person on Woodlawn and at Fairgrounds.
A stolen vehicle reported at North Jefferson and on West Jackson.
A runaway juvenile on Ashley Court.
Displaying a weapon at West Street.
Public Safety responded to these calls on Saturday, October 15th:
A suspicious noise on West Street.
Shots fired reported at Fairground Road/Buchanan/Breckenridge and on North Olive/Bourne and at East Jackson.
Displaying a weapon on Hendricks/Dorcas.
A stealing or theft at the Carson apartment building.
Shop lifting at 4820 South Clark.
A suspicious person on Woodlawn.
Mexico Pubic Safety went to these calls yesterday (Sunday), October 16th:
Shots fired reported on West Pearson.
A fight in progress at South Jefferson and on West Monroe.
A missing juvenile at South Clark.
A suspicious vehicle on North Western.
A domestic verbal incident at West Street.
A suspicious person at the West Plaza Shopping Center.
CAR ACCIDENTS:
A two car accident on Saturday, October 15th in the 1300 block of North Clark at 3:16pm. According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle by 38-year-old Khurshed Mukhtorov of Mexico was parked facing north in front of 1316 North Clark, when a vehicle driven by 77-year-old Sharon Mayrand of Mexico lost control and collided with the bakc of Mukhtorov's vehicle. No injuries were reported.
A one car accident on Promenade at Trinity on Friday, October 14th at 9:12 p.m. According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Ashley Withrow of Vandalia left the roadway and hit a utility pole. No injuries were reported.
