A Mexico woman is recovering from moderate injuries following a one-car accident on Audrain Road 308, east of Lakenan Street.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol accident report it happened when a 28-year-old Faith L. Light was driving a vehicle and had a medical emergency.
The vehicle went off the road and hit a tree. Light was taken to University Hospital in Columbia by ambulance.
