Michael D. “Mikey” Monroe, Jr., 26, Centralia, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024, at the University of Missouri Hospital & Clinics in Columbia. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his father Michael Monroe, Sr. of Centralia; his brother Steven Monroe of Mexico; his sister Erika Heckes of Moberly; his grandmother Patricia Monroe of Columbia, formerly of Centralia; two aunts, Claudette King and Ryan of Moberly and Erica Monroe of Columbia; two uncles Aaron Monroe of Columbia, and Chip Monroe of Mexico; two nieces Ramiyah and Te’Anna; several cousins; other relatives and many dear friends. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. A private family graveside service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Centralia City Cemetery in Centralia, MO.
