Gabriel Ontiveros and the Missouri Military Academy Colonels had a solid meet on Monday.
At Norwoods Golf Course in Hannibal, Ontiveros finished in the top five after shooting a 38, tying for fourth place along with Macon’s Dalton Cashatt. MMA finished third out of four teams with a score of 173 while Centralia took fourth with a 215.
Hannibal won the meet on its home course with a 159, which was ahead of Macon’s 161, and had the medalist Quinn Thomas after he finished with a 33.
For MMA, Joseph Roach finished second on the team with a 44, Cooper Johnston had a 45, Blake Morais shot a 46 and Gaston Gastelum had a 49.
Adam Smith finished with Centralia’s top score of 50, Luke Sachs was behind him at 52, Drew Korb had a 54, Braeden Russell shot a 59 and Dominick Lansche had a 61.
Centralia won a match at Palmyra its Clarence Cannon Conference foe on Thursday. The Panthers edged Palmyra 170 to 172 and had two tie for the medalist spot as Cullen Bennett and Travis Brooks each shot a 39. Carter Moss followed with a 43.
