On Saturday, December 3, 2022, Missouri Military Academy (MMA) hosted their first-ever MMA drill competition on campus.
Judged by US Army soldiers, including 15 drill sergeants from Fort Leonard Wood, nearly 200 JROTC cadets competed from MMA; Camdenton, MO; Waynesville, MO; Waukegan, Illinois; and Blue Springs South, MO. MMA earned top-three marks in multiple events:
“As much as the team would like to have won the event overall, cadets are holding their heads up high with a great competition and great results,” said MMA Fusileer Coach Rick Dehlinger. “We are grateful to everyone who supported our Fusileers and the event this weekend.”
