The Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated Twisted Spirits and Dining at a ribbon cutting ceremony, Oct. 25. Owners William and Alesha Ludovicy have opened a new dining facility in downtown Mexico. Twisted located 115 West Monroe, offers everything from steaks to pastas and salads for dinner as well as a more traditional lunch menu. They have a full service bar. Twisted is open Monday and Tuesday from 11a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday through Friday 11a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays.
