The Centralia boys had Hallsville locked down on defense for one half on Monday. After that, the Indians' balanced offense got loose for a 21-8 third quarter to defeat the Panthers 59-39 in the Class 4 District 8 tournament in Moberly.
The loss is Centralia's final loss this season as its final record was clinched at 14-12.
