Miss Missouri is more than a crown — it's a scholarship organization dedicated to supporting the lives and education of young women. All Miss Missouri’s Teen delegates walked away with something. Once the top 11 semi-finalists were selected, the remaining delegates were awarded $300 and places six through 11 were awarded $500 with more to come.
Friday night also featured the inaugural Courtney Rowe Heart of Missouri Award — a $250 scholarship awarded to the contestant who has exemplified dedication to the Miss America organization. Through fundraising this year alone, Rowe announced she will be able to award one teen and one miss delegate for the next 10 years.
