On Thursday night, the Miss Missouri Sigma delegates competed in on-stage question, fitness and evening gown while Miss Missouri Alpha delegates competed in talent. The following Miss Delegates won preliminary awards:

Miss Alpha Overall Talent: Georgia Barge - Miss Kansas City
