Shirley Ann Harper, 84 of Centralia, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023, at the Heritage Hall Nursing Center in Centralia.

Funeral services will be held 10 am Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home with burial to follow in Glendale Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends are invited to Shirley’s Life Celebration at a visitation from 6-8 pm at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.

Shirley was born on August 4, 1938, in Mexico, the daughter of Robert Lewis and Annabelle (Kombrink) Crawford.

On April 5, 1958, in Mexico, Shirley married Billy Joe Harper and he preceded her in death on October 14, 2006.

Shirley is survived by her sons, Tony Harper and wife Barbara of Olathe, Kan., and Terry Harper and Wife Debra of Centralia; grandchildren, Cory Harper and wife Kelly, Cale Harper and wife Becca, Rickie Cowan, Cole Harper and fiancé Kelli Koziol, Zane Harper and wife Brittney, and Chase Harper (Laken Aulbur); great-grandchildren, Jade, Brenna, Rowe, Crue, and Abigail.

Along with her husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Gary Wayne Harper; a grandson, Grant Harper; and her sister, Patricia Crawford.

Shirley enjoyed quilting, being social she was full of life, always exuded light and joy wherever she went.

Her greatest joy was her family, she truly loved all the time she spent with them.

Shirley was a member of the Centralia United Methodist Church.
