Smiles numerous at Centralia youth camps

Posted

Centralia boys and girls high school basketball coaches and players welcomed many little Panthers to the Centralia Parks and Recreation Center for a youth basketball camp to work on their basic skills. Fifth- and sixth-graders cycled through various ball-handling drills, played several games and faced off against each other under the supervision of the high school program from 10:30 a.m. to noon on May 28-30. Kindergartners through second-graders had the 8-9 a.m. session each one of those days and then the third- and fourth-graders filed into the gym from 9-10:30 a.m.
