Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners (SNP) offers a unique experience for those interested in obtaining technical education to gain hands-on experience with the company. The SNP Career Academy is a nine-month training program taught by certified John Deere instructors and guarantees job placement for all students after completion of the program. Career Academy students are full-time employees and receive pay, benefits, and housing.
Based out of Wentzville, students will get to tackle the challenges of keeping every John Deere piece of equipment running and functioning properly, while also bringing home a paycheck. Career Academy instructors teach the ins and outs of hydraulics, electrical schematics, John Deere core, systems analysis, and much more.
The Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners Career Academy allows students to walk away debt-free and with experience they will use in their careers. Applications for the fall 2025 Career Academy Class are currently open. Those interested in the program are eligible to complete an assessment to evaluate placement for the next Career Academy Class.
