The Cradle to Career (C2C) Partners for Rural Impact Project is asking community members to come and participate in a community conversation about the project that was started and being funded by Coach Tyronn Lue and the owner of the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers Steve Ballmer.
There will be two conversations next week on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at the Mexico Housing Authority Community room. The first conversation will begin at 4 p.m. and the second conversation will be at 6:30 p.m. The conversations will continue on Wednesday, Feb. 7, also at the Mexico Housing Authority Community Room, at 9 a.m.
C2C is looking for as many community members as possible to join including parents, caregivers, teachers, school staff, business leaders, nonprofit workers, faith based community members and all other residents. Each session will include snacks and plenty of time for conversation.
