The Van-Far high school basketball girls took some time last week from May 28-30 to iron out their skills and teach the future skills on the hardwood. Fifth-through eighth-graders had an chance each day from 4:15-5:15 p.m. to receive help from the high school coaches and players in the Van-Far High School gym in Vandalia. From 3:05-4:05 p.m. each day at the Van-Far Elementary School nearby, first- through -fourth-graders had a daily session.
