Elsberry (23-9) built a big enough cushion following 14 hits and four Community errors that allowed six unearned runs. Jocelyn Curtis didn't walk a batter and struck out two for Community.  Two of Community's five hits happened in that seventh inning followed a 12-strikeout combined effort from Mya Pflasterer and Kenzie Koch.
