A Mexico man has been arrested for second degree murder along with burglary and armed criminal action.
According to an arrest report from the Audrain County’s Sheriff’s office Deyton Lamont Curtis Fisher, 25, was arrested on Sunday on a warrant from Linn County. The report says Curtis-Fisher was arrested for second degree murder, first degree burglary along with unlawful use of a weapon.
It’s not the first time Curtis-Fisher has had run-ins with law enforcement. In 2015 Curtis-Fisher was convicted of burglary and theft eventually having his probation revoked and sentenced to prison.
In 2017 Curtis-Fisher was sentenced to 120 days in the Audrain County Jail for a third degree assault charge. In 2018 Curtis-Fisher was sentenced to a year in the Audrain County Jail for unlawful use of a weapon and property damage.
