Mexico Public Safety is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of 64-year-old Randy Lee Kniepfel to contact them.
A social media post was put up by Mexico McDonalds General Manager Chris WIlliams on Saturday, Feb. 11 stating that Kniepfel did not arrive to work at 5:30 a.m. when scheduled.
A person contacted Mexico Public Safety who was concerned about her cousin. Randy's employer called his cousin who went to his apartment in the 2700 block of South Clark Street and found he was not home. Mexico Public Safety says an area resident believes they saw him speaking to an unknown black male and black female near a dark SUV in a nearby shopping center around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10. It is also believed that Kniepfel would be wearing a tan Carhart jacket, a red baseball cap, and gray Puma tennis shoes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Mexico Public Safety at (573) 473-5800 or (573) 581-2100.
