The admission price for adults attending Van-Far activities will be $5 for the 2026-27 school year.
At its July 16 meeting, the Van-Far Board of Education approved the $2 increase, which only affects single, adult tickets. Season passes, student, senior and family ticket prices will remain the same.
Superintendent Natalie Gibson said Van-Far isn’t the only school in the conference raising its prices and an increase in ticket price could also encourage Indians fans to purchase season passes, which would not only increase revenue, but also attendance at games.
“So many people just want to stream, and I get it,” she said. “I feel like our kids deserve to have some folks in seats, and maybe if they buy passes, they’ll come.”
The price for adults this school year will be $5 per game or $50 for a season pass. Student tickets are $2 per game or $40 for a season pass. Families still benefit from a $15 maximum price or may opt for the $100 season pass. Senior tickets are still free.
