The couple plan to wed Oct. 10 at First Baptist Church in Centralia. The bride-to-be parents are Herbert and Janet Brown of Centrali. The groom-to-be parents are Dean and Rhonda Winters of New Haven.
Brown is a 2001 graduate of Centralia High School and 2004 graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia. She is employed as a Public Relations Manager at Woodruff in Columbia. Winters is a 2002 graduate of New Haven High School. He is a 2004 graduate of East Central College in Union and a 2006 graduate of the University of Missouri St. Louis. He is employed as Vice President of Branch Operations at Bank of Franklin County in Washington.
