“Sister Act” is a musical comedy based on the 1992 film. It is directed by Lennette Brown.
Disco Diva Delores Van Cartier witnesses a murder. She then is put in protective custody at a convent disguised as a nun. She finds herself at odds with the rigid lifestyle and an uptight mother superior. Delores breathes new life into the church choir and then the community, blowing her cover.
