After winning a hard-fought first set, Mexico volleyball couldn't break its losing streak against Boonville.
The Lady Bulldogs won the first set 28-26, then lost the second set that went into overtime 26-24, and lost the final two sets 25-23 and 25-13. Jaclynn Cline led with 19 kills, Emily Moppin followed with seven kills, Claire Isgrig led with 22 assists and four service aces, and Skyler Arnold 17 digs. Mexico's losing streak against Boonville (6-10) extends to six matches.
Mexico (9-7) plays at Montgomery County (2-11) at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
