Donna Jacobs, the SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital — Audrain administrator, will retire as of May 15. She has served as the administrator since 2016.
Audrain’s Vice President of Nursing Mida Sison-Martinez and Regional Vice President for Operations Becky Miller will conduct day-to-day hospital operations after Jacobs’ retirement
“I want to thank Donna for her strong leadership throughout these past 4 years,” SSM Health Regional President Mike Baumgartner said in a news release.
Patients, employees, physicians and residents of Audrain County and surrounding areas have a special place in Jacob’s heart, she said.
“One of the most rewarding experiences living in Mexico has been engaging with the Mexico community leaders,” she said in the release. “Their overwhelming support and advocacy cannot be overstated, and I am blessed to have had the opportunity to work collaboratively with them for the past four years.”
Jacobs and her husband, Ray, plan to relocate to Arizona.
